With Courier delivery, your balloons arrive in a box and will pop out when the box is opened.
Your order may arrive in multiple boxes, you will receive one tracking number but at times the courier splits the parcels in transit resulting in them arriving with different drivers at potentially different times.

Care of your Balloons
To keep your balloons looking good for as long as possible please follow the steps below:
Keep balloons away from direct sunlight and warm places. Helium expands in warm temperatures so balloons can burst if left in front of windows, in conservatories, cars etc. Avoid very low temperatures too as they can affect the float time of the balloon, balloons prefer to be in comfortable room temperatures.
Keep the balloons away from open windows, doors and breezy spots as they can be blown against sharp objects and will burst.
Please handle them with extreme care as they are delicate. It is best to keep little fingers away from the balloons as they are not built to be played with (at least until the party is over!)
Make sure balloons are not near any sharp objects as they will burst! Check there are no nails in walls or sharp corners/edges close to where you are displaying the balloon/balloons as it will puncture if they brush against them.
Helium Filled Balloons
Bubble Balloons
If you follow the above guidelines your balloon should float for between 4 to 7 days. The writing will bubble or wrinkle slightly after 24 to 48 hours as the balloon slowly reduces in size, this is part of the balloons natural “ageing process” and cannot be avoided.
Latex Balloons
11” latex balloons generally last between 12-20 hours filled with helium, and about 2-3 days when treated with Hi-Float.
Foil Balloons
Foil balloons last approx. 4-7 days.
Orbz & Cubz Balloons
Average good float-time: 7-10 days but may last longer depending on conditions.
Organic Air Filled Displays
Air-filled balloons generally last for a couple of weeks, but will not float and the balloons will oxide.
Swimming Pool Designs
These balloons will oxide in the sunlight and may pop if left in direct sunlight / heat (dark colours may pop first), so where possible, keep your balloon out of the pool until your event, they may also be effected by the pool chemicals!
Due to these balloons being effected by the surrounding elements, we can not be held responsible for how long they will last after delivery but the approximate expected time is around 2-3 hours.
One final thought… please do not inhale the balloon gas inside your balloon as it is dangerous and can cause loss of consciousness.
SHIPPING POLICY
Balloon Orders
You can either collect your balloons from Party World or your balloons will be delivered on the day of your event to your venue, please confirm with the venue that Party World will be delivering your order. (Please pick either "Local Delivery & Balloon Installations" or "Click & Collect from Party World" at the check out)
Please note : Balloon Displays or Balloons that are not in a balloon box can only be delivered to the local area (with in 18 miles of Ferndown)
Minimum Order on Balloon Delivery
There is a minimum order value, which varies, depending on your postcode.
All other balloon orders will need to be picked up by the customer unless they are ordered from our Balloon-in-a-Box section, in which case they will be delivered by post/courier

When ordering from the "Balloon-in-a-Box" section, please pick "Local Delivery & Balloon Installations" or "Click & Collect from Party World" if delivery is with-in 18 miles of Ferndown, or "Balloon-in-a-Box - UK Wide" to be delivered any where else in the UK.

Please place your order with a minimum of 24 hours notice, if you would something delivered the same day, please call us and we will do our best to squeeze you in!

We keep a large selection of Fancy Dress products in stock and you can see live stock levels on our website, these items are available for immediate dispatch, all other items can be ordered from our suppliers on request!
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURNS POLICY
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you are not satisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered then please contact us and inform us of your intent to return the product.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
We must be notified of items being returned if found faulty or damaged upon arrival within 12 hours of receipt and the item must be received by us within 72 hours.
We'll aim to process your return request within the 14 working days of receiving your product. Within 28 days of receiving your confirmation order you should receive your refund via the same method that was used to make your purchase.
In busy periods like Carnival, Halloween and Christmas we may take a little longer.

Balloon Care
PLEASE NOTE - Balloons do not like direct sunlight, extreme heat or cold or air conditioning, they may also be effected by swimming pool chemicals, so we can not be held responsible for them after delivery!
Can I cancel an order?
If you have not paid for an order you can cancel it, If you have already submitted payment for your order we regret to inform you that we will not be able to cancel it or issue an immediate refund. We have a very quick turn around between orders being placed online and the picking, packing and shipping process, Due to this we will be unable to cancel your order after payment.
The following is a list of items that must be returned unused, unopened and in the original packaging, failure to abide by this will result in a credit not being issued.

Do make sure you've included all your items and their contents in your return parcel as we can't refund returns with missing items, without original packaging or products that are not resalable. If items returned to us have evidently been worn, or if costume packaging has been heavily damaged and the item cannot be restocked for sale we will not be able to process your refund, and the item will be returned to you at your cost. Please take care when opening costume packaging.
Please also be sure to obtain a proof of postage, or have your returning item tracked with your Mail service. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the parcel arrives to its destination. In the event the returned parcel does not arrive at its destination, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the mail service to process a claim for a refund.
